Policy

We ship all of our wellness products nationally. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping or local delivery. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as we can.

Note that due to the temperature sensitivity of our raw bottled kombucha and popsicles, we cannot ship these. Instead, we only facilitate local delivery or local pickup. See more information below.

Flat rate

• Will arrive 3-5 business days after the item ships.

Local picKup

• You can pick up your order on Saturdays at the Rochester Public Market (Saturdays 6AM-3PM) located at 280 North Union Street Rochester, NY 14609.
• Please do NOT call this location asking for further information.

Refund/or Exchange

For all Kom wellness products, if the product remains 80% unused, we will accept all returns or exchanges and will refund the full amount (minus shipping costs) for the return.

For a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 30 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.

Due to health regulations, raw kombucha is final sale. If you have an issue with the quality, please fill out our contact form, and we will review your case.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please fill out our contact form. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will come up with a solution that makes everyone happy.
